  After waiting a week to hear about an application for a rental I had applied for I decided I'd call to check on the progress of the application. During his brief phone call I was informed that i was successful, and i was overjoyed. Calling my housemates to inform them we'd been approved we were all quite excited. How ever when i called back to find out where the paper work was the lady told us she had made a mistake and that there were two people of the same name that had applied and we were unsuccessful. Honestly I'm embarrassed for them more than us...
