  Poor customer service, we were 5 people, only one of us wanted to smoke shisha, the rest wanted to order drinks and snacks. Owner said you have to order another shisha as its store policy of maximum 3 people per shisha , we explained that the rest don't smoke but it fell on deaf ears. Shop was almost empty on a Sunday evening, owner kicked us out.
  We took our business to shisha square on high Street, Preston. Better service and no weird store policies.
